1) Designers NOT EMPLOYED by Resort Interiors shall be experienced and qualified
to handle their CUSTOMER. Have a business card and license or work at an allied firm in area. Also they must
register at the front desk upon visiting showroom. 2) These Free lance Designers shall be approved by Colleen Barrett 1-888-837-6886 or Julie Kovach prior to working with RESORT INTERIORS as a free lance designer. 3) They shall use the Showroom and resource room during RI normal work hours and reserve the conference room if needed for clients. 4) All price list shall remain in RI files and SHALL NOT be removed from the premise. Also all samples and catalogs shall remain in RI resource room unless specific permission is given to remove these items by CB or JK 5) The Free lance Designer may purchase any item in stock with an additional 10% off of the reqular sale price or custom order at 30% plus 10% off retail, if they desire to resale the merchandise and collect directly from the customer. In this event, the Designer shall be required to pay RI at the time of their purchase. 6) If the designer wants Resort Interiors to collect directly from the customer, the sale must be at the price posted or 30% off on ordered merchandise and Resort Interiors will compensate the outside designer 10% on delivered merchandise after collection or at 5% rate if the free lance designer requires assistance from an RI designer. 7) Mistakes and mis-ordered merchandise shall be the responsibility of the Designer and no returns permitted on ordered merchandise. 8) RI reserves the right to discontinue this agreement with any outside Designer at any time by giving notice to the Designer and payment for any completed items. 9) A staff or assistant at R/I designer will assisted the free lance designer and be responsible for ordering, expediting, handing delivery schedule and making certain that the customer is satisfied with all purchases. 10) The free lance designer shall supply Resort Interiors with a copy of their sales tax certificate and pay all sales tax direct to the State of Florida on merchandise purchased for resale License number_______________________________Date________.
