Interiors Dear Mr. Kovach: Congratulations on your selection as one of the Florida 100 Award recipients. Small businesses account for more than 95 percent of Florida business. In Florida, as well as nationally, small businesses have historically accounted for and continue to account for the majority of net, new job creation. Small businesses, not big businesses, create and sustain the jobs that fuel our economy. They embody the spirit of entrepreneurship upon which our nation's economic framework was built. I applaud your efforts to provide increased opportunities for our residents. In all business sectors, small businesses provide the innovation and creativity that move our economy forward. Small businesses also provide the best avenues for young people to learn basic workforce skills. If small businesses are not successful, any economy will collapse, and Florida is no exception. You are a distinguished example of the positive impact of small businesses on our great state.
