It will feature a gated, security entrance, four-level parking garage beneath each of its resort residential towers, tennis courts, bicycle and walking trails, outdoor gardens and lagoon pools and a water taxi to golf across Santa Rosa Sound. Portofino offers the most elaborate European Spa and Lifestyle Center on the Gulf Coast. The European Spa is over 40,000 square feet and cost over 4 million dollars to construct.
