RESORT INTERIORS SIGNS PORTOFINO III
The area’s largest furnishing and design center
produces models for third tower in series of five.

Resort Interiors has been selected to design and produce interior models and specialty furnishings for Portofino’s third building. Portofino is an exclusive 1200 unit island residence and spa on Pensacola Beach. Resort Interior’s fully-furnished models have been included in Portofino I and II, and the company has furnished over 100 units in these buildings.

Allen Levin, Developer of Portofino, said, “Resort Interiors was selected for our development because of their vast experience in designing and installing furnishings along the Emerald Coast. Also, they offer complete furnishing packages rated Gold and Platinum using the ResortQuest (Abbott) formula for the interior rating of the property, and our owners demand this.”

The elaborate, 1200-unit Portofino III features Italian Mediterranean architecture, exterior cobalt ceramic tile, glass railings and Tuscany columns. It will feature a gated, security entrance, four-level parking garage beneath each of its resort residential towers, tennis courts, bicycle and walking trails, outdoor gardens and lagoon pools and a water taxi to golf across Santa Rosa Sound. The Portofino development offers the most elaborate European Spa and Lifestyle Center on the Gulf Coast. The European Spa is over 40,000 square feet and cost over 4 million dollars to construct. This spa features an elaborate fitness center, juice and coffee bar, gourmet restaurant, dry sauna, steam room, indoor Olympic lap pool, therapeutic treatment rooms, 3 whirlpool spa tubs, and 2 outdoor waterfront resort lagoon pools. The homeowners own this entire European Spa debt free for a lifestyle of relaxation, fitness and well being. The project is being marketed by Levin & Rinke, Resort Realty of Pensacola Beach, and more information is available by calling 850-916-9850. Resort Interiors works with developers and marketers to provide furnished models.

Resort Interiors, in Destin, Florida, is the largest, full-service home furnishing and design center on the Emerald Coast with over 60,000 square feet, offering the top names in furnishings including Thomasville, Henredon, Bernhardt, Lexington, Century, Drexel Heritage, Hemingway, Tommy Bahama, Lane and more.
