December 17, 2002 – Destin, Florida - Frank and Julie Kovach and Resort Interiors, have committed to contribute $100,000 for the new Sacred Heart Hospital of the Emerald Coast in South Walton. The funding commitment will be met through a major Annual Charity Clearance Sale at Resort Interiors, beginning this December 21 – January 4. An additional $100,000 in matching funds will bring the total contribution to $200,000 to Sacred Heart Hospital. “I was very impressed with Sacred Heart at the groundbreaking when it was presented as a ‘healing center’ in the ceremony presided over by our governor, Jeb Bush. We are pleased to be a part of the fundraising effort for the facility,” states Frank Kovach, president of Resort Investments, Inc. “Julie and I have been searching for a local cause that would enable an ongoing commitment from Resort Interiors to the community. Sacred Heart Hospital of the Emerald Coast is expected to open the initial 50 rooms in January, 2003, and will eventually expand to 200 rooms providing state of the art health care to the area.
