Mission Statement

It shall be the mission of this referral program to enhance the relationship between the Realtor/Broker/Developer and their customer by allowing the Realtor to direct the customer to the best design and furnishing company in the area.  We are very aware of the integrity and the necessary bond between the prospective purchaser of real estate and the Developers/Brokers/Realtors.  We know the Developers/Brokers/Realtors have one primary goal and that is to close the sale.  Our “Referral Program” is designed to share the rewards of referral with the prospective client.  It is our belief, that by sharing the reward of the referral with the prospective client…..everyone on the selling team increases their integrity and enhances the customers satisfaction. 

Customer Gift Certificate

A variable gift certificate, which you will give your client, in the amount of a minimum of  $100, up to a maximum of $1000, allows your customer of new property to receive savings to apply toward their initial purchase of furnishings.  The gift certificate will increase at the rate of $100 for every $10,000 in additional purchases made ie. $40,000 purchase = $400 gift.

Realtor Referral Gift Certificate

The amount of gift the customer qualifies for will be duplicated in equal amount and mailed to the referring Realtor upon receipt of a deposit from the customer.  A disclosure on the face of the certificate meets the intent of Article 6, which requires client disclosure of this referral gift.

To participate in Resort Interiors Referral Program, we require that the Developer or Broker sign below.
